Publishing limits for managed workspaces 🔐

Owners of a billing (admin) workspace can now set limits on how many scenarios each managed workspace is allowed to publish. This gives you more control and flexibility when distributing publishing capacity across different clients, teams or departments.

With this update, you can ensure fair use and keep a clear overview of scenario distribution, all from your main admin workspace.
