By applying innovation to employee training, traditional learning methods are being enhanced using more effective tools like AR & VR. 😎
Inspired by the story of Erste Bank and in cooperation with the Raiffeisen-Holding NÖ-Wien, a bank robbery was simulated and filmed for training purposes, currently used by first-line employees of local bank branches, as part of an onboarding program around security, compliance, etc.
